The Challenge:
Making Consultations Easier to Find
Gluten Free Life & Travels already had useful content, a blog, digital products, and consultation services. However, the website did not give visitors a sufficiently clear path to its main paid offerings.
Noreen wanted consultations to receive the greatest emphasis, with guides and travel services presented as complementary ways she could help visitors.
The website also needed to distinguish between her own gluten-free consultations and customized U.S. guides and the travel bookings she offered through her affiliation with Gluten-Free Vacations.
Rather than moving platforms, the project called for reorganizing the existing Wix website, improving its visual presentation, and creating clearer calls to action.
The main project requirements :
- Make one-to-one consultations more prominent throughout the website.
- Improve the presentation of downloadable guides and the existing shop.
- Create a clearer journey for visitors interested in gluten-free travel.
